Slight side note, what are you using as shims? Small washers? I have a cycle x 4-2-1 and will more than likely be rejecting an shimming needles up.

I just re-posted the thread for Chef  8) and its also in the thread oldskoolnuts pasted on page one of this topic.
(metric washer M2.5)
a baggie of them might run you $1

I bought 2 doz, and mic'd them all to get similar thicknesses.
