Front tire tube size question

I am going to put a new 100/90/19 tire on the front of my 1975 cb550f Super Sport(stock rims) and was wondering what everyone recommends for the proper tube size.  The charts I have seen say to go with a 3.25/3.5 but that seems kind of big to me for these narrow rims.  Thanks in advance for the advice.

Not sure if that is the proper size for your rim, but it is the proper size for the tire.

It is 1.85 inches wide.
