I've never owned a cb750a so I'm new to them. Are there any problems these bikes tend to have I should check out especially with that many miles? Thanks ahead of time.

I'd be concerned about the clutches.  Listen for engine RPMs as you get on the gas - just like a slipping clutch on a non-auto bike.

Unlike a non-auto bike, you have to split the engine cases to replace the clutches (i.e., major engine surgery).
1978 CB750A (upgrading very, very slowly)

Past bikes - Honda: SL350, CX650C, CB900C, CB1000C, CM450A; Kawasaki: several 1972 750 H2's; Suzuki: TC90J.

Bikes I want: CX650ED, a mid-sized japanese V-twin with ABS.
