Brouge intake kit for cb550/500?

Anyone have any experience with this kit?  Keeps the plenum and just ditches the paper filter and box that houses it.

no experience with it but 175 bucks for a pod filter and adaptor piece  :o

k&n made a single filter to adapt to the plenum like that, which was a lot bigger. i'm not a filter/flow expert but would ask myself if the one in your link is big enough?

I think Dolomite on the forum was also making this but with a 3D printer using metal bronze incorporated into ABS or Poly.
The Brough kit would leave the crankcase breather hose hangin off somewhere.
you can find the K&N metal version still on Ebay for $50 used and I saw a new one for $125 with the filter.
