Cl175 float height

My Cl175 (71) won't idle and I think it's because the floats are set too high. What is the correct float height? Thanks, Jimmy.

My Honda shop manual says 28mm for the CL175 and 19.5 for a CB. Hmmm...I thought they had the same carbs. Guess not.
