That "copperslip" you mention that you there in England use,what is it similar to here in the US ? does it have graphite or some type of anti friction material added ?
I'm just trying to understand that term because it's new to me

I'll probably just end up using the best grease I can find for this application.I purchased this tiny cycle from a man who owned it in NE MO. and there is a very fine dust up there(almost like powder)and it got into everything and wore the parts prematurely;front fork slider bores and sliders,brake cams at the hub,engine,etc.
Lots of blowing winds up there to drive this stuff inside the surfaces.
I need to replace parts like the forks,etc. & don't want to have to do it again.
