Hi, I was just wondering if it is possible to kickstart and run the bike without the starter solenoid? My bike is a 1975 cb750.

Yes, can take about 20 lbs off the bike, but involves. Cutdown rotor, smaller battery, etc.. But you can do only part of that and save weight. I still have starter blockoff plugs.

Well, as of now I was just thinking if it would run without the solenoid connected because when I got the bike the solenoid was pretty busted. Im just trying to get it to run as of now.

The solenoid is not required to run the bike, only to ignite the starter.

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of it's victim may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. Lewis
