Hi All,
just had a phone call from my brother in Britain to tell me someone has applied for registration to one of my bikes. (I'm living in Florida)
Anyone in Britain applying for RTX 321 R is out of luck as I have notified DVLA and my brother is notifying police that its a stolen vehicle.
Probably post this on a lot of different sites as I'm not sure it should be here but want as many people as possible to know and possibly recover it.
Probably in the wrong place, but this is the section I visit second after main forum

Has it actually been stolen or is someone trying to register a bike that you already have (ie cloning the plate)?

Hi Bill, no news yet. My brother had to report it stolen ( don't know when exactly, sometime in last 9 yrs???)
Then he has to contact DVLA so they can notify police to interview person applying for registration.

$8.68 us per US gallon is what you are paying.

That's terrible.

'Course, you can walk across England in about a couple of hours, so it's not like you have anywhere to go....

PJ, good luck with retrieval.
No.

I'm posting this all over the place hoping someone will see it and kick #$%* out of the bastards
My CJ391 has been stolen
It's in Britain somewhere. Was stolen from shed in South Wales
I'm wondering if it was the same people who stole the last one a few years ago.
I didn't contest that so they got a 'free bike'
This one I'm really pissed about

It's real distinctive as it has modified RD350 carbs, 70mm pistons, 'custom' exhaust, Maico rear mudguard, GS125 headlight Yamaha XT350 handlebars, CB250 tank, orange seat, plus, it's yellow

Ha ha ;D That's not nice :-\

Shouldn't be hard to track down a blind bike thief though ::)

In all seriousness, hope the scrote gets caught.

That's harsh Simon, but I must admit, if I was a cop investigating the theft, I'd visit the local circus and interrogate the clowns, it looks like something they'd be interested in..........

But seriously, bike thieves suck, I've never had one stolen, and hope I never do. I hope you get it back PJ, all the best mate. Cheers, Terry. ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
