I got my girl back after 20 years of raising kids.Too cool ,we went for a cruise in the countryside today and the rain made the moment .There was a time I would pick her up on my 750 in the big smoke during rush hour and she wore a miniskirt...we split lanes ,going like 90 ...no worries...Wont be doing that again  gonna chill..make it work out right

Hmm..  A woman you were with before the child raising is now back in your life?  Or, you finally convinced your wife to get back on a bike with you after 20 years of childraising?

age is only a state of mind when you are connected with someone you have a lifetime of experience withbut when you arent connected ...this season on my new old machine has lit a fire that has burned many years off and we two are now able to see thru the haze without fear.this mid life #$%* can really distract the true reasons for your actions.i'm gonna keep my two up seat just for the one or two times she wants to go with me making new memories.pretty sappy eh?you must be able to tell Im going fishing with the boys this week and my honey might read this while Im gone and not take the house ,savings ect ect...last years trip was unbelievible

You're a brave soul...or is the weather on the lake not too bad at this time of the year?

The only other bike I hooked up with past Barrie was a BMW, heated bars and seat.We stopped for a coffee just past Parrysound. My tires are #$%* in the rain with strong crosswinds, all over hydroplaning.I am definitly looking for better rubber than Bridgestone BT45s for my tours in the future. The windjammer did its job although at night I really couldnt see the road thru the rain.I need to cut the windshield lower .Cruising at 130klms lock the throttle and let go of the bars straight as an arrow. The BMW let up at 140 and my 750 broke 160klm at just under 7000rpms.I just had to know !Tons of work to do to keep it sound for next season, brake rotor, lines, spokes make me wonder how much rust is too much, weeping oil,new rubber, chain is due... Im sure this bike is worth maintaining and maybe my son would want it ,not likely, he will want something from this century.ha ha

The only question is how deep your pockets are and how much time do you have?!!! If you keep the bike until you can't ride it any more, then after that it doesn't really matter what happens to it...
