Well I hope their service has improved Ben, I'm still waiting for a reply to a query I made a year ago! They don't have a very good name with our old Suzuki riding brothers, see the link below:

Doesn't really inspire confidence? Cheers, Terry.
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Here you go Ben, there were heaps of these posts on that site, but there's a 2000 character limit on our posts on this site, so i just trimmed it down to one.
Cheers, Terry.

From Ray Clepper...

Beware of this place...I placed an order over 3 months ago...everything seemed fine...it showed up 2 weeks later...even though I paid for express....so they fixed that...gave me money back...well...when the order arrived it was missing something..so I quicky called them up..let them know...they said they would look into it and send me the part....about a week goes by...I call...someone says that it's already been shipped(no tracking number to give)...and should be there soon...week..nothing...so I start calling back.....not so easy to get ahold of them anymore...no one answers....or it goes to a voicemail...that is never returned...or the mailbox is full...so I'm getting disturbed..then August rolls by..and they changed the phone message...they're on vacation and special summer hours..I keep calling..emailing..everything...nothing...mailbox is permanently full...I've been trying multiple times a day for over 2 weeks straight..I can't get through...if you call early it says the summer hours thing..call during thier hours..and mailbox is full.

I don't know what's going on here...but this is a serious BUYER BEWARE...

and to top it off...one time I did get to speak to someone early on..and the guy was useless...he said he didn't know anything about the shipment...then said he was one of the owners..and "this isn't my job"...and was totally uncooperative...he wouldn't look for my order...said it was probably on it's way....and said he would call me back when he figured something out...

this is my story..and I'm really pissed at them right now...

I used them as recently as Dec. 2004 and had no problems at all.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

I have bought a couple of items from them in the past few months, and some have taken a while to get here (clutch gasket, took a few weeks), and some have arrived very fast (clubman style bars, arrived within a week).  It seems that if they have it in stock, its very fast, while backorders take their time.

Most of the other stuff I've bought was from http://www.crc2onlinecatalog.com/Index_Main_Frame.htm and https://www.partsnmore.com , both have better  prices and fast shipping, and I haven't had a back order from them yet (lucky, I guess).

It's been 8 months since I ordered an exhaust from these guys...still waiting for an invoice. I have emailed them 10 times with no response. Maybe they have gotten better.
