B-EZ,
OK, now that we pretty much know what you're starting with, let's look at the parts diagram for the 75 CB750 K5 (hope it's not an F).
I looked at the fiche from Western Honda here:
http://www.westernhonda.com/fiche_section_detail.asp?section=2560094&category=Motorcycles&make=Honda&year=1975&fveh=132839From the fiche (hopefully),
ref number 23 - Oil Seal (Fork Seal) (35X48X11) Honda Number 91255-KBH-003. This is the Fork Seal called for in a standard configuration. It is 11mm tall and double lipped. However, some people prefer the taller 13mm seals which are triple lipped as near as I can tell. The taller seal is available at David Silver spares as Honda part number 91255-341-305
ref number 10 - Ring, Piston Honda Number 51437-329-010. This is the little phenolic (or plastic) ring that sits in the groove on the lower pipe.
ref number 19 - Bolt, Socket (8X27) Honda Number 90116-383-721. This is the Socket Head bolt that holds the fork tube together. You might be able to use the old ones, but I presume you don't know if the original bolts were abused. I would replace this bolt, just because.
ref number 22 - Washer, 8mm Honda Number 90544-283-000. This is the crush washer that insures the sealing of the bolt hole in the bottom of the fork.
ref number 6 - Spring, FR - Honda Number 51412-340-000. This is the Rebound spring. If your originals are not eaten up or rusty, then you probably don't need new ones, but it won't hurt to put in new ones.
Unless there is obvious damage to any other parts, the above is what I personally would replace. I know there are some folks that might not replace some of these parts, I'm just giving you the information on what I personally would (and did) replace on my forks.
Hope this helps you get started.
Charlie
