Trade-in My User Name?
« on: November 24, 2014, 02:47:26 AM »
I sold my Rickman on the weekend. I have not been able to find parts anywhere. Should I trade in my Username?

But had a ball at the end of season Jugiong Trail Ride.

Should I change my name to "AlmostEndo"?

Nice timing for your photographer. If you didn't have the pic, you couldn't even tell the story because it didn't happen.

Damn, that Rickman sure took a hard hit to the front end! :o One fork lower snapped in half, the brake mount ripped off the other, and both rotors broken!!
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

I really want to build a  clone of the 41 mm Rickman fork.
Any chance you can measure width of forks, and offset on the triple trees ?
Those pics will help a lot....could nt find as good a view as you just showed.. Thanks.

Too bad on the rickman, I'm dumb enough to throw something together and ride it correct or not. Then keep looking. but I bet that stuff is made of unobtainium.

The triple clamps are standard CB750 units.
The bike is now with it's new owner in Sydney, more than 350km from here.
You could try the Rickman Owners' Club. That's where I sold it into.

Great to see my pics have been helpful!
