   Im wondering if I can replace the rear wheel on my 76' cb550f, with a rear wheel from a 73' 350?

no the brake is smaller..but if you can line the chain drive up vith some chims..it can be done.. they are both 18 rear..but better find a 500/550 parts..there are a old and new type hub/brake plats..550 k use the new type 550 f the old type like 500..

if you go for a komplet hveel you dont mix hub/brake parts up...
