most the parts stores around here have it although mysteriously some dont stock it on the shelf you have to ask...

Shipping stuff like that to Canada can be a pain. Amazon or eBay, maybe broaden search for liners?

I think Caswell is awesome and you can get that shipped from lots of people

I don't know what is available in Canada.  What I do know is that it is very difficult, if not impossible to send toxic/flammable etc. chemicals across international borders, legally, at least.

Bert, I've always had a rad shop do my tanks. Maybe you could check with some of those shops.
