New Colorado SOHC enthusiast
« on: February 11, 2015, 09:32:42 AM »
Hello all! Glad to finally be joining the community, always impressed with the information and inspiration I find on this forum. I have been working on machines and tinkering with engines and anything else that goes since I was in high school. Over the last 5 years or so I have slowly expanded my hobby working on cars to include motorcycles on a regular bases, (its just so addicting). I started out with a '75 XL250, and within a couple years acquired '72 CB750 and never looked back. I have gradually educated myself about the little idiosyncrasies, trying to refine my understanding of the machine that is the motorcycle. While I don't by any means consider myself an expert I have started working from home rebuilding, restoring and customizing vintage motorcycles. I am now at a point in life where I can dedicate more time to my craft and passion for machines and as I have been frequenting this site more often I thought it beneficial to sign up and get to know more likeminded individuals! I hope that I have some insight to contribute and looking forward to continue learning about the SOHC platform from you lot, so thanks in advance for all you are willing to share and teach....
Anyway, Ill get some pics of my projects up soon, and nice to meet you!!

That's a beauty, Chev! Welcome to the madness: I'm in Lakewood.
