Anybody know what this is?
« on: March 02, 2015, 01:00:43 AM »
I was leaving class the other day and saw this parked near me. I only had time to snap a few quick pics of it, but it didn't have any manufacturer markings on it. The only thing I recognized was the Yoshimura symbol on the side of the engine.

It's a little motor and likes having the tits revved off it.

Looks like a modded Bandit.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Sure is a Bandit.  It has that great air/oil cooled motor from the early GIXXERS.
Looks like a good ride.

I wish I could have talked to the guy that owns it, it sure was a sexy machine. He had lots of Yoshimura parts on it, and that bikini fairing isn't stock (from what I can tell). Started looking into used Bandits for sale and they're not that expensive, might even get one haha.

I've been told the 1200 is a better bike than the 1250.
Oil cooling seemed to be fine for all the early gixxers.
Looks like it might be a Givi screen.
