Gotta a cb550 with title in hand (NC title) and was signed but not notorized. In South Carolina this is simply an "open title" as they dont require notory on there titles. In North Carolina its a big headache ,long story short.
Looking for a brother in South Carolina that I can mail the title to and they would register in there name and then sign that South Carolina title when it came in the mail and "sell" it back to me so I can go register it here in NC. It is a clean and clear North Carolina title nothing fishy whatsoever. I bought it last fall and never looked at the title , thought it was an open notorized title . Now Cant reach the guy I bought it from .
$50 to whoever can help for there time in addition to the registration costs.
