Need assistance with year have vin

Hello all
It's been forever since I've been on this site. But now I have another project. Free. Got an engine, tank and 4 in 1 pipes with it. Below is the vin. Trying to figure out the year cause I'm lookin for a frame thanks fellas n gals.

That looks like 79 cb650 motor vin.  Post pic of whole bike

Bummer. I'm only familiar with early sohc k series bikes. I knew it wasn't on of them. Is there value in these bikes. Meaning spending the time to build a custom. Are they good engines?
