so, i just bought new standart size cylinder but i measured it and shows that it measurement is 56.10mm so what size pistons i should buy? should i bought 0.25 bigger pistons or should i buy standard size pistons?

Looks like you need to go up to first oversize, you're at the wear limit, here is from the Honda service manual.
