Recommended Fork Gators?
« on: August 03, 2015, 12:02:10 AM »
Can anyone recommend a decent fork gator?

I purchased some last year from what I thought was a business that sold half decent quality stuff but they have already split in a lot of places and need to be replace after always being kept under cover and only been ridden a handful of times.

Any suggestions appreciated or if any of the OZ guys know where they be purchased here it would be appreciated as well. Thanks

yes get OEM honda ones if available.
i once bought some aftermarket ones that were supposed to be good but developed cracks after a year or so. the honda ones last, everything else is a gamble and potential waste of time and money.

And just when you think that I'm never going to get caught out posting a question and not putting down the "what bike bit"........

Sorry it's a CB750 K1

I will try the Honda dealer tomorrow and see if they can get anything. I assumed that it would not be available anymore and hadn't seen any OEM advertised. If I can get that I will for sure. If not I'll keep looking

Thanks guys

I bought a set from Dime City Cycles a couple months ago and they've already started splitting around the bases.

Check the online Honda parts fiche. Sometimes the dealership guys don;t want to be bothered with old bikes, or they are just lazy.
