K7 and Delkevic
« on: October 25, 2018, 02:39:58 PM »
I am considering a Delkevic 4 into 1 for my 1977 K7 750. Currently I have a totally stock exhaust/airbox etc. I live at 3000 feet. Would a jetting change be necessary/desireable?

If you aren't changing the airbox then I wouldn't think so. My 550 had a Kerker and pods and it spent a week between 5k and 10k feet without any issues.

Don't worry about it until AFTER you install the Delkevic. May not be needed. Probably going to depend on which muffler you use and how you configure it with or without the baffles.
