I am just starting a 72 CB350F project, with a bike I bought last fall for $350. Titled, kind of a runner, rough but complete. So far I just replaced the plug caps and installed a Dyna ignition to get rid of the points.
Question though. I had a 74 CB350F way back in high school (74) and it had the four indicator lights between the handlebar clamps. My 72 has the vertical dash panel between the speedo and tach. I have seen other CB350F listed as 72 models, but with the four lights between the clamps. I wonder if my CB350F is a real early model?
VIN is CB350F 1002189, VIn tag shows a date of 4/72.
