'78 Goldwing front end?
« on: September 23, 2015, 07:09:01 AM »
Is a '78 Goldwing front end a bolt on for a 76 CB750f?  I know the 75-77 are, but this seems less definite, and I can't find the info atm.

I think they are a little more work but the experts will be here shortly.

Should.
But the brakes are completely different.
Can NOT use a wire wheel with the 78 GL forks.
Well not bolt on at least

The one I'm looking at is a complete front end including the wheel, brakes, etc., I'm just wanting to know if the stem and trees is going to match my frame.

Should just slide in like any other Gl1000 front end.

Getting matching wheels will be a challenge/
