Just a request for anyone that has a hook laying around that I could get actual dimensions from to cut one from scratch. I'd imagine tolerances aren't tiny. But a shot in dark could be a months long projects making multiple adjustments. I'll check to see if I have some thin titanium laying around. Maybe start with a stop sign piece first? yeah.

ref no. 238 part no. 50523-333-000

Thank you.

I'll run it through the morning rush hour and hopefully get a picture, with maybe an eye to eye as the crow flies shot measure, and either an outside or inside length shot, that should be excellent enough to get. I've never had one, for either 400F. I once went to a junk yard to look and ended up buying a semi truck trailer loaded with crashed (yet not severe) motorcycles, for $35.00. Next morning there was a pile of mostly honda 450s and 550s, 750s. There it was...and no center stand, nor hook. I had a pick a park in my backyard for 10yrs. Well thanks for the help.

We've got to cut it off... and then come down on rockets.  (quoted from: seven minutes of terror)

bam!! to me, that's better than the dimensions. thank you. Not many will believe the story is based on true facts. And they too could not imagine just what having that in a backyard, does to a bike rider.

So the latest on a home made center stand spring boomerang link. I pick up a load of junk from ebay, it had a worn out link. I looked around and there was 2 plates of approx 1/8". I've seen them around years ago, and I knew they were good material. Traced it out and thought I'd cut it close with an oxy/acet torch, right? That didn't work as planned. Bright flashes of sparks and thin puddles was all the big tip could do. And because the garage is so cluttered with no clearance room I read up on it, and found out I might have some dangerous titanium on my hands so, thought I'd try again, no luck. Spent a day grinding this thing out and drilling, tougher than I'd ever seen thin sheet before. Thanks to all and  anyone that was planning on helping out with a dimension sketch.
