Repurposing motorcycle parts
« on: October 10, 2015, 03:43:33 PM »
Found a new use for my old motorcycle headers - cleaning the gutters! ;D

They actually do a pretty good job of hooking over the gutter and letting all those Doug Fir needles and trash heap over the sides.

Anyone else want to offer up a repurposed part?

It's been a while but I've seen a pic of a tavern where they gutted a 750 engine and where the carb spigots on the cyl head would normally be they installed beer taps.

We've been thinking of using a pair of crappy old tiller bars off a former chopper to weld up into a rear stand.
