Sheared stud in the shifter assembly - What do I do???!!!!

Hey guys, I've been doing a complete rebuild on a CB750K5. When throwing the shifter assembly together I managed to shear the 8mm stud that holds all of the levers and return springs. WHAT THE #$%* DO I DO?!!!!! The motor is weighing in at about 100lbs at this point so its not easy to move around. I clearly need to drill it out somehow. I'm really screwed at this point (no pun intended). Any suggestions?  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
