Check out this Honda Ad: (I thought it was funny how they describe the first bike as "crude".. back then the RC143 was pretty much state-of-the-art)

Cool ad.

I was just thinking, it must have been some crazy people riding a bike at the speeds they did those with external front fork springs and drum brakes.  ???

I found it here: http://world.honda.com/ThePowerofDreams/

Also, check out the story of the development of the CB750: http://world.honda.com/history/challenge/1969cb750four/index.html

The whole site overall is pretty cool. You can take a tour of the Honda Collection hall, among other things....
