higher rise bars, longer cables, cb350f
« on: May 27, 2016, 01:27:01 PM »
Stock bars on my cb350f are bent from prev owner dropping bike. Thinking about some bars with higher rise, biltwell chumps or similar. Assuming i'd need longer cables, any advice?

Check with Motion Pro for the cables? If they don't already list a +3" oversize cable, consider contacting them for custom cables. They do it a lot.

Are there compatible cables from another honda that came stock with a higher rise? Like the CMs or rebels, or even a bigger four?

The distance of the free end of the PULL cables on the 350F are unique, so I doubt that others will fit. The 400F is unique again, and the CB750K1-K6 use another spacing, while the post-1975 "F" and K7-8 use yet another, none of which are similar.

Idk about the cb350, but for the 550 they only listen +11 and stock for clutch, and only stock for throttle. I went with the +11 and its not as long as youd expect. It fits well with my apes.
