Topic: 65 mm 836cc kit

Hi guys,  I bought via the net a 65 mm piston kit for my sohc . The box has no manufacturers details on it just the serial number Cicb750kps.  I will apreciate it i f anyone an help with a few questions.
1) what clearance do I bore the barrel to?
2) I'm having a head gasket made  by a local company. What diameter hole do we make do the piston hole on the gasket ?
       Is it 65mm plus the piston to barrel gap asked for in question 1.?
3) what thickness should the gasket be?
Really appreciate the help guys.

a pic would help,are they cast or forged?,you can buy a gasket for 836 from several places,takes the guess work out.bill

This is showing that the 0.5mm and 1.0mm overbore kits have the "KPS" so i would measure and make sure you have a 65mm kit

If infact you have the Cruzin image kit here is 16 pages of reading regarding them, they are a pretty decent kit.
