Clutch is killing me. First I break off a bolt trying to remove from clutch plate bolt. So buy new one on ebay. I looked at the parts fiche and its the same parts number for 74 and 76 so I buy it. So like a dope I was not careful enough, even though I thought I was, and broke the clutch lifter on one of the arms. Bought NOS replacement off ebay OUCH!!the replacement lifter on Ebay was for a 76 CB750 K confirmed part number . Was super careful this time in tightening bolts and thought I had success but after tightening up to 80 inch lbs, when it is in gear I can turn the center of the clutch and while there is significant resistance, the basket does not move with it perfectly and slips mostly. I would expect that the clutch lifter plate/center and basket should be locked tight. I have some slim hope that someone tells me this is OK at there is solid friction once the inner is spinning but not too sure about that. Saw another post where someone got wrong 750F part but don't think that is the case here. Help! thanks
