Is there a difference between the front and rear wheel hubs form a 1971 to 1973 cb750 ?
I have a 1971 cb750 that needs wheels and I have a set off of a 1973. I want the bike to be stock and am wondering if there is a difference?

According to the parts fiche for the hubs, there are 3 different part numbers for these two bikes:
1971 CB750 up to serial #1073285 - Part #42601-300-020
1971 CB750 from serial #1073286 - Part #42601-300-030
1973 CB750 - Part #42601-300-030

That said, the 1973 wheels should work just fine on your 1971. They did not change the size, offsets or bearing sizes between those two bikes as far as I know.

The early 750 K0 bikes had no shoulder on the right side of the hub for a 2nd disc brake, and the holes for the spokes were a bit smaller. After that, they were the same until the F0 bike appeared.
