This doesn't look right...transmission cover?? K3 750
« on: June 20, 2016, 07:19:56 AM »
Upon close inspection of my engine, I see this screw  head peaking out from the backside of the transmission cover?

Is this right, or did the PO use the wrong length bolt here?

Will this be a problem?

If it bothers you, take it out and file it shorter, but it will not interfere with anything.

Ok. Thanks for replying. As long as it's fine the way it is, and won't be an issue, that's all that matters to me.

Just check the parts list. Looks like it's supposed to be a 6x40.
You do have the parts list right?  ;)
