Hi. Its been awhile and some progress has happened.
First i got bored about the situation that i just drove with pockets full of plugs >:(
Two weeks a go i took the carbs out for the millionth time. I took all the jets of and started the usual clean up checking procedure. I took the 0.40 jet cleaning pin and...wait a minute..this isnt 0.40 this 0.30 what the hell. So it cleared to me i never really looked the size of the pin. It was just laying on 0.40 spot. Me stupid. Well 0.40 didnt fit in the pilotjets at all.
Now it does. I was just assuming that the pin is 0.40 and i was happy that it fitted and tought that the jet is clear. Massive improvement on idle. God damn it idles like 300rpm if i want to and there is no dead spots in low rpms when starting on first gear.
I allso ordered a jet kit from canada and replaced 135# with 125#. It runs to high rpm's very nicely.

No the air screws are 1.3/4 open witch was never possible with the stuffed pilots. Because every pilot jet a different "size" there was no really good result in sync and air screw settings.
Now its been a week with same plugs :D. I havent looked the colour of the plugs (i know i should) iv just being driving with cold sweat on my forhead.
Conclusion: Its not the bike its the idiot owner.
So things have improved. Lets see whats up next.

Jiihaaa 8) 200km trip around the country side and no fouled plugs ;D Those plugs have been there almost 800 km and still fireing.

I think the main reason was the calcified pilot jets. I had to adjust the air screws really rich to get the bike running good at low and at the same time the 135 mains were too big for 750cc set up.

To celebrate the triumph from my own stupidity i took a hefty amount of Jack Daniels and now as we speak im enjoying the whiplash its giveing me  ;D

God damn how can a guy be happy about a small thing like this.

Thank you for everyone especially Fly for  the tips and all of you have a great summer with or without your bikes.
Il post another topic when things go nutty again (hope don't have to).
