My 78 550 has what I think are CB 400 rearsets. The pegs are moved back a few inches to where the pegs are directly under the swingare bolt. The shifter side fits fine. On the brake side the stk lever is too long. I don't want to shorten a stk lever. I was thinking of a flat plate w/splines cut in and a bolt of some kind toe to shift. I want something clean and functional. Any help?
