Hi Frank, I want to say those are for Round tops... I think the PD Carbs are like 42mm if i remember correctly? Unfortunately I'm not at the house to check for you... I can get back to you in a couple hours once I am home and i'll check it out for you.

So the PD carbs are definitely 42mm, I checked on APE's site where they have their pods listed for only 77/78 SOHC carbs at 42mm... I hope this helps a little at least.

Hi Frank, I did Confirm the Round top carbs are exaclty 40mm on the inlet. Per Scottly's message and photo they PD carbs are pretty significantly larger at 46mm...I hope this helps, Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Did you like running your CB with Velocity Stacks? Just spoke with Mike over there yesterday about getting a set. They look so awesome and i know a re-jet would be needed but if it's one of those things where you're constantly chasing your tail, then i'm all set.

I've seen a lot of videos of guys who run them and they seem to be just fine....The Steel dragon ones have a nice little screen to keep any large debris out.... Also kind of wondering if the lack of "filter element" ends up killing your motor a lot faster than normal. I'm sure there are some trade offs but man they look sweet!
