Yeah, I showed an  letter to an (attorney) friend I got from the new dirtbags and asked what he made of it.   It was threats of sanctions if I didn't remove 12 pleadings. He said "She's trying to extort you."

I gave the Judge a copy.

This stuff is sadly funny, Mayor Elvin Meeks estate. Walt  Disney's trust estate has become a big farce in the news  now, too.

Usually lawyers are hesitant to rip a new #$%* for the opposing counsel, but someone did it to this new guy that showed up, Rick.

Though this motion for reconsideration was denied, it should be reviewed somewhere [federal court] in light of the bank president is now indicted and a in federal camp for this same set of events.

Evidently he wanted to borrow 240k from the bank but already owed too much so they created a straw man that borrowed the 240 for him. What a great Idea for those of you who could use an extra quarter mil.

I've talked today  with a couple  people he scammed/is scamming.  Unfortunately  it's  my money he's scamming out of my brother.

Oh yeah, he did put up collateral, what he claimed to be 4.2 million worth of uncut rubies that actually appraised at $350-1500.
