attorney f'd up thread
« on: August 16, 2016, 04:17:42 AM »
I know it's sort of morbid, but after five years (and maybe the end in sight) of dealing with people that are as crooked as a bucket of snakes, I thought I just start a thread about the ones who did society a favor by offing themselves.

How's this for starters,  a guy who jumped off a  causeway bridge the day he was supposed to show up to federal prison after conviction  for a judge bribing scheme.

He told the taxi driver he was nauseous and had to get out.  Then he  jumped over the rail. His body was found washed up later.

http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/local_news/article/Convicted-attorney-s-body-washes-ashore-4317339.php#photo-4264806

Think of what he saved the taxpayers over housing him in a federal pen for three and a half years. Too bad the guy who got 20 didn't follow this guy's lead.

This was a high echelon prosecutor whose case fell apart after he convicted the longest serving U.S senator. Some call his death "suspicious." I guess it took a week to find him hanging.

Yeah, it alleviates the guilt or possible criminal concern of Shakespeare's  proposal of killing them all. I gotta change the title to this thread a because of something real recent.

Okay, we still might  prefer to hear about the  ones that kill themselves, but I changed the title because this one is young and cute and got arrested last week.  Steve-o feel free to start any local campaign to yank her lawyerness and make her pay off he student loans working at taco bell......to where she does  kill herself.

Everyone says they hate attorneys until they need one. Then they are your best friend in the world.
Someday you will need one.  ;)
I need to get vaccinated at certain intervals. Doesn't make me hate needles any less.

The only time I ever needed a lawyer was to fend off another lawyer.
The funny thing is, that both lawyers won. They both got paid. One lost their case, but still was paid full amount. How does that make anyone work hard for you.
So anyway, I stand by my original statement.

Well it's all about the 'fiduciary' relationship that a lawyer offers you in consideration for presenting your case. My oldest brother who had hired this guy from town who my dad loathed puts the "douche" in fiduciary. His website advertises a "Family Oriented" Law firm. The truth is he is sociopath and serial polygamist. After a battle with his 2-3 wife for daughter  Clarissa, he dumped her on  MC mike's porch on her 16th birthday.

His former law partners are dead and under order with the SEC.  His former client, Davis FNB vs. et,al in Oklahoma might have blown his creditability, as his client who has agreed to testify is about to be released from his two year sentence. He f'd a lot of people for his own pecuniary interest and I say "WELCOME TO THE CASE." to him. He's already f'd my brother by having his slut/#$%*/protégé claim that he contacted then 3 tears ago while simultaneously claiming they need the default vacated because he knew nothing about this sh8.

Like I suggest, perhaps conspiring to #$%* a lawyer is probably not a crime as long as what you say is true and you aren't bullying their facebook. Fear of what they have done is appropriate, harassing them about outside of court is questionable. In my case I will unload non  these non law-and-order SOB "Officer's of the Court" who are so non-law-and-order that the Judge is going to abuse his discretion by certain things going forward with evidence he will see.

The douche lives in Boca Raton so help me out here. He has scammed himself into a marriage down there, so any local pm. me. I've accidently done this before and this is a douche needs to hot-bunk with his bank president friend who is about to get out on a two year sentence because he cooperated. No joke this guy cause a racketeer and caused economic harm to several counties here.

I sure wish I could take $1500  worth of raw ruby ore and have a bank president  have confidence to lend me 1/4m thinking they= rubies were worth 4.2M. It would be actually like Dad planned on, giving me an inheritance without it getting sucked up by the  douche-baggage attorneys.

No kiddin' anyone in Boca Raton needs to do some surveillance on this future incarcerate for me. PM me.

well, actually, the main reason we need lawyers is because Lawyers wrote the laws and made them so complicated, convoluted and used excessive verbosity,
that most normal people can't understand the laws.

The reason the lawyers are there is to also create loopholes in the laws for their clients.

No he wasn't. Divorce lawyers are mostly horrible leeches that suck both parties dry. You do know you don't have to involve a lawyer if you do a no fault divorce and save a #$%*load of money?

I went through a divorce last year and the ex tried the same $h!t.
We had an agreement. She got a female lawyer. They tried to screw me,(not in a good way),.
Had to get a lawyer. $3000 down. No refund if it wasn't all used. Had to pay immediately if it went over that amount.
Come to find out, the two lawyers were friends. They both won and one of us lost.
Lawyers are less then human. They are pieces of $h!t.
If you feel otherwise, well you are in the same toilet as them.

It all comes down to having a lawyer because someone else has a lawyer.  They will play for who ever writes the check.
Right or wrong means nothing to them.
