Is this the correct airbox?

It seems like it does not fit quite right and that F has me suspicious. Is this the correct airbox for my CB750K4?

Yes. They all have a F stamped on them ;)

 The dangle of the carb rubbers on both sides of the carbs can impact the angles at the airbox too.
