Happy with my new to me K7 :)
« on: January 30, 2017, 04:42:52 pm »
Hey Guy, been getting valuable information on the forum but it was time I share my last find; a garage kept, 100% original 1977 CB750K with 12,500 miles that's been in storage since 1988. The front tire is still the original one from 1977 and it's not even cracked! The bike is a true survivor and is in exceptional shape.

Looking forward to clean it up, do a full on inspection and carb cleanup, and start this baby up. Then take better pictures!

Congrats!

Wouldnt be to sure that is the original tire though. Those scratches on the rim are consistent with someone changing the tire, but could have been a flat repair?  Date of manufacture should be on sidewall.

Howdy!
Wow, nice score.  :)
You're gonna want to replace both those old tires before you ride any distance or speed.
Hopefully the PO drained the tank & carbs before storage.
I'd change the oil before you fire it up.
