I'm installing new fork tubes for my 1972 Honda cb750 because the old ones were 6" +. My question is is there anything holding the tubes into the lowers besides the fork seal C clip? The dampener bolts to the bottom of the for but doesn't catch in the bottom of the new tubes or anything. The attached image is the exact parts I have not an actual picture but something I found that represents it accurately.
