1978 750K tank decal positioning
« on: May 08, 2017, 06:13:39 AM »
My painter's finishing up my tank, so I've given him the decals and a picture of a stock tank, but he says if I could get some sort of measurements, that'd be better.

How do you guys position these decals? Are there any diagrams in existence?

All I need is a measurement from the bottom seam to the bottom of the decal...it looks like it's fairly constant all the way across. Anyone care to take a measurement to help?

Maybe this shot from my last K8 resto will help? I didn't measure it, though.

See SOHC4shop.com for info about the gadgets I make for these bikes.
