I did a better job of routing the fuel lines and I re-jetted with 115 mains. Rode the bike today and it was like night and day. I had power at all throttle positions and I could roll it on without having it hit the "brick wall" above 3500 rpm. Probably could still use a plug chop and read the plugs to fine tune, but it ran worlds better today.
Also, by my calculations, it was getting about 42 mpg during the ride.
