Thanks for having me . A little about my 400 four f2 and why I applied .
It is the F2 Red with gold trim tank although it is original spec there are
A few parts that have been replaced by my self and the original owner,
I have had it since 1984 ,yes a very long time. Manufactured in 1977
It had 13000 miles on the clock and if I have added 5000 more that is about it.
So you might be expecting a fairly good condition and well looked after machine
On the contrary what I have is a rusty neglected box of parts with the engine still
In the frame , fortunately having never had to work on the internals it is intact.
In my defence if I had road it for 10000 miles then floged it on it would have been
Long gone to the Scrapy in the sky, enough of self defamation. To business.
Your forum seems the best chance it has of getting restored at least to a roadworthy
Condition regarding your wealth of experience and knowledge
Available. Thanks again Bob , will post regular

Hello from MN,

It is very rewarding getting a long neglected bike in road worthy condition again.
