I have 1975 Honda CB750F super sport with a slipping clutch. Currently has been sitting for 6 months and I know the clutch would need to be readjusted and possible the clutch plates to be soak in oil again. I replaced the clutch with new plates and springs from ebay about 5k ago and know the plates are good still. My issue was slipping was always a little problem and wanted to upgrade the springs to heavy duty springs. Can anyone tell where to get stiffer springs. I noticed these springs from ebay and wanted to know if anyone thinks these would be better.

I have used Barnett springs for years. Had lots of problems with EBC springs. Lots of trouble.

my K5 sat unran for 30+ years before I restored it. It wasn't long after that the clutch began slipping. The bike and clutch only had 15k miles so I took a shot and installed a set of Barnett's heavy springs. The clutch stopped slipping and has been fine for the last 1500 miles.

I would not recommend the Vesray springs

Thanks, everyone and I used Barnett's clutch heavy duty springs and love them.

Unfortunately, I was being hasty and damaged the lifter plate. I cranked down on the screws unevenly and of course, it broke!!! ugh. but thank god a local shop has a spare and 2 hours later back on the road and she's running like a dream now.
Also, the same bike finished this year's DRG Los Angeles 2017 ride we had over 1000 riders.  Last year the old bike broke down because of an electrical switch but this new switch and she made it.

thanks again everybody...

Not having the clutch components lined up correctly and the 'teeth' lined up right in the basket can contribute to breaking those plates also. Member here is making new heavy duty ones for those who may break theirs in the future.
