75 “f” series engine, need a frame.
« on: November 23, 2017, 04:08:02 PM »
I have a complete 75 f series engine that I am looking to get a frame for. Do you guys know what years will hold my engine without modification? Also any places to look for them in the Colorado area?

That year of F engine will slide nicely into a 75-76 F frame or any of the 70-76 K frames. If you use it in a 77-78 K or F you will have to work out the sprocket offset which is not a huge obstacle.

As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Good to know about the sprocket and the years, thanks.
