I’ll definitely take it.  But Sean asked about it first so I’d pass it along if he wanted it as per the unwritten fairness rules.  As it happens, I’ll be making up a set of adjusters for another swingarm anyway(Sean would know 🙄😁) so doing a 2nd set isn’t a big deal.

Sean, I’ll check in with you again once the new adjusters are done for it.  In case you change your mind.  You know I’ll treat you right😉.

FWIW, it’s highly unlikely this arm is either a Dresda or a Curtis arm.  As far as I know both Dresda and Dennis Curtis arms were tapered bearing pivot bolt arms, except for the very earliest Curtis arms, which this is not one of them.  Best guess is it was either a well made one off or a limited run from a custom shop.  The work appears to be of good quality regardless.

If anyone can ID who made this particular arm I’d appreciate it👍

The DOHC bikes have an offset to the swing arm. My guess is it was made for that application.

 I am also looking for an arm but for a 76F. Not partial to Dresda , Curtis or etc, as long as it fits and safe just normal street riding (love the look) Anyone have one?

Ok.  FWIW, the Carpy arms are “Dresda style”, and have OEM style pivot bushings.

The genuine Dresda arms have tapered bearings for the pivot.  The Carpy arms I’ve seen are also wider at the rear axle ID than the true Dresda arms that I’ve seen.

So I assume you are looking for an aftermarket boxed swingarm, not particularly a vintage piece.

Yes, not interested in a vintage piece. Was curious if they were still available. I saw one from MGS Performance, but was unsure of the similarities between the two and if anyone had ever used or seen one in person.

The main obvious difference is in the shock mount/axle adjust section of the arm.  MGS arm has single plate style combination bracket.  The OEM swingarms used a casting in a similar manor.  OST aftermarket arms retain the 2”x1” rec steel tubing to the end with elongated slots for the axle, with adjusters inserted in from the back end.

Both work.  Of note is the MGS arm says it’s 1” longer than 75-78 arm specs(which is longer than earlier OEM swingarms).  So keep that in mind.
