Jetting the Keihin PD50A carb

Hi I am wondering if I need to up the pilot and main since I am running cone air filter, and headers with test pipe no mufflers?
Currently jet size are 35 pilot and 105 main. These are going on fresh build 89 cb650 engine zero miles.
