here's a short introduction of what I'm doing. Been riding Honda SOHCs from the start, since 1986: 400-500-750...lots of them. They were cheap bikes at the time in Germany. Got stuck with the 750 SOHC in the end, tried to make it better and better, but...there are limitations (as we all know) So, in 2002, I set out to find a replacement for the lousy frame of the CB750. You have to keep in mind what riding is in Germany: You want to have a smooth full throttle ride on the Autobahn as well as on those nice small and curvy roads around the hills and through the forests :-)
Got hold of a Seeley frame in the end, without any knowledge what it is, no papers, swingarm was missing, nickel plating was bad...
This is what it looked like after replating, which was the first thing I did to start the project:
At the time, I did some research by buying old bike magazins, mostly from UK, because there was only little information found in the net. The result was the website
seeley-honda.com, where I posted what I found. I'm NOT a special expert on the topic, even though I learned a thing or two about the Seeley-Honda.
As a lot of things happened really fast in 2003 (death of the friend with whom I shared the workshop, met my wife, made children, bought house, got new job...) the whole thing including the webpage got stuck. The Seeley went into boxes, the website still looks quite old-school....sorry about that. I don't have more than maybe 15 hours in a month time for my hobby. When I started again in 2015 I had to decide: should I rework the website or start building the bike? The decision is easy, isn't it?

For my children (now 8 and 6) I built this:
I love to do as much as possible on my own, therefore my workshop is equipped with mill, lathe, TIG-welder and a lot more. You will find no CNC parts on my bikes.
I learned a lot from this community and I'm happy to contribute once in a while to all the knowledge that is collected here.
