I don't know much about wiring but where are these wires.

They are ground connections. More than likely the grind path is part of the housing itself and you'll only have two wires from the signals for lights and turning signal.

Ok, here is what is left over in the bucket.  These are the open connections that I have no Idea what to do with.

1. Green wire with "H" shaped connector.
2. Solid black wire with 2 female connector positions.
3. Brown wire with a single female end.
4. Brown wire with red stripe single male end.
5. Green wire with double female end.
Not numbered: Green wire with 2 female positions that are connected to the headlight bucket bolts inside the bucket. - is this one correct?

Does anyone know how to connect the "open" wires?

All the rest of the wires are connected with the coupling plastic ends.  The turn signal wires are color coded with each other and the head light connector goes to the headlight.
