Somewhere in my foggy memory I recall Hondaman saying that, in his view, the 1972 K2 motor was his favorite for some reason. Did I imagine this?

I tried to find the answer in his book. He does say that the K2 seat was a vast improvement over the earlier seats. However, the K2 saw the arrival of the more restrictive 341 pipes
